Participants undergo an immersive and extended learning experience, allowing for the comprehensive development of leadership skills over an extended period. The three training sessions, spaced throughout the six months, provide a structured framework for continuous growth. This format enables participants to absorb, practice, and internalize leadership concepts, theories, and practical skills gradually.
You can enroll for either Spring or Autumn. Each session consists of 2 days of training following homework for the following session.
